Relatives and friends of the late Leiza Hofman are warmly invited to attend her Graveside Funeral Service, commencing at 1.00 pm Friday, 16th February, 2018, at the  Tamworth Regional Council Lawn Cemetery, Showground Road Tamworth, followed by  a Thanksgiving Service of Leiza’s life, commencing 3.00pm at The Pavillion Funtion Centre, 25 Back Kootingal Road, Nemingha.
